With over five decades of experience, CA Pankaj K. Shah brings deep expertise in Income Tax, Audit and Company Law. He has been practicing as a Chartered Accountant since 1973 and has played a significant role in statutory and concurrent audits of nationalised and co-operative banks.

Alongside his professional journey, Mr. Shah dedicated 38 years to academia as a Lecturer at C. U. Shah Commerce College, where he also served as Acting Principal. He has mentored aspiring professionals through coaching for CA, CS, and Cost Accounting examinations, leaving a lasting impact on generations of students.

Beyond his professional commitments, Mr. Shah is actively engaged in community service, serving as Trustee, President, Secretary, and Committee Member across various NGOs. His career reflects a rare blend of professional excellence, academic contribution, and social responsibility.

Practicing since 1998, CA Rutvij P. Shah represents the firm’s next generation of leadership, bringing strong technical expertise in Income Tax, Audit, and GST, along with a progressive outlook.

He has held key leadership positions as Hon. Treasurer, Secretary, and Vice President of the All Gujarat Federation of Tax Consultants, and is currently a CA member of the Fee Regulatory Committee (Technical) appointed by the Government of Gujarat. He also contributes to the Direct Tax Task Force of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

A recognised professional speaker, he has addressed numerous study circle meetings organised by leading tax associations and received the Best Led Study Circle Meeting Award from the Chartered Accountants’ Association, Ahmedabad (2013-14). His professional involvement also includes multiple terms as Convenor of the Navjivan CPE Study Circle (WIRC of ICAI) and serving as a Managing Committee Member of the Chartered Accountants’ Association, Ahmedabad.

Beyond his professional work, he is actively involved in community service through Rotary Club Ahmedabad Metro, where he has held leadership roles including Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Joint Secretary. His career reflects a strong blend of professional expertise, institutional leadership, and social commitment.
